Shift’s founder, Philip Graves, has been at the forefront of aligning market research with insights from behavioural economics and behavioural psychology for over a decade.

We have a number of proprietary interviewing techniques that we use to understand the unconscious drivers of consumer behaviour. These enable us to go beyond respondents post-rationalisations of their actions, attitudes and preferences, enabling us to provide clients with deeper, more accurate insights.

Our team is made up of consumer psychologists and commercial experience.  Having identified how cognitive biases affect the research process, we design each project to ensure that the insights we deliver are as psychologically valid as they are actionable.  We hope our insights will be interesting, we make sure they’re useful.
